Does a slider insulate as well as a casement?
It cannot be deduced solely by the type of opening. You need to compare the tests and the configuration of each system, as well as the glass and the fitting.
What does the budget include?
The proposal must distinguish the product, the glass or fabric, the accessories, the installation, the removal and the agreed finishes. The deadlines and warranties are identified for the contracted configuration.
